THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA. BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, OR BY ORDERING, ENROLLING IN A LIVE TRAINING, COURSE OR MEMBERSHIP WITH GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CLICK “I AGREE” AND DO NOT COMPLETE OR PLACE THE ORDER.

All Digital Downloads and Online Learning Program Terms
Upon creating an account and/or logging in to any online program(s) or accessing and downloading any digital product(s) the user has read and agreed to the policies as listed on this page.
If you do not agree to our terms, do not complete the online learning portal registration and contact our Customer Service Department ASA.
No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be granted upon creating an account and completing the registration process. No exceptions will be made.
Payment Methods
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. No money orders, checks, C.O.D’s or purchase orders will be accepted. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Ordering
Due to the structure of the program, all orders must be placed through our secure online shopping cart which is open online 24 hours a day! Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Any fraudulent use of a credit card is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.
Para-Taekwondo Instructor WPTIA Membership & Refund Policy
All Certified Para-Taekwondo Instructors will receive a membership in the World Para-Taekwondo Instructors Association (WPTIA) for one year free of charge (valued at $59). Following the one year anniversary, you will be billed $59 per year to be an active full member of WPTIA. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that there is a 72 hour processing time for all transactions and cancellations. All monthly fees, including the initial fee paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. We must receive cancellation notices 72 hours prior to processing the next annual fee. We will not accept verbal cancellations. To cancel your membership, please email. Cancellations MUST be received in writing 72 hours prior to processing the next annual fee, no exceptions. Once the individual cancels his/her membership in the WPTIA, their name will be removed from the international database.
Discounts or Sale Pricing Offers
Offers given after a program has been purchased will not be adjusted. Pricing is “as listed” at the time of purchase. No credits or adjustments will be issued after a program is purchased.
Administration Fees
If a student requires additional documentation from WPTIA (copy of certification, verification of certification, etc.) the student will be responsible to pay $25 for all copies of certification.
Program/Membership Transfers
The WPTIA programs and membership cannot be transferred to another individual.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the information provided in our business development programs, educational products, or consulting services. For purposes of this section, The GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA shall include any divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, contractors, partners, principals, agents, and representatives, and any third-party providers or sources of information or data. When you order any GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA educational or business program, you accept and agree to adhere to the GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA Policies. You hereby certify that the information given to GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA is true, complete and correct. You further understand if any of this information is later determined to be false, The GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA reserves the right to revoke any certification (or certificate) that has been granted on the basis hereof. You further understand that GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA certification does not certify or in any way guarantee the quality of your work as a GPTU-certified professional. You therefore agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA, its officers, directors and staff from any claims due to negligence, omission or faulty advice that I may give to clients as a GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA -certified professional. I understand that The GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA is not responsible for any actions or damages from any person arising out of my work as a GPTU, GPTC, WPTIA -certified professional.
